As promised, we made our annual Gingerbread House. However, this year we let the kids do it all. I'd like to say that I wanted them to really enjoy their crafting individuality and to let them feel a sense of accomplishment, but honestly, Bry & I were just too tired to supervise. So, we let them at it, and I think they did a wonderful job, don't you?

They had a lot of fun, and from the sounds coming from the next room, they had a lot of laughs.
Also, since my last posting, we got some snow. I love it when it snows. I love it until I need to go somewhere, then I want it to go away. We all had a good time with it. Bryan has been extremely busy at work (good news-read job security), the kids loved having Chili pull them on the sled, and my backyard birds even seemed happy about it. The little buggers ought to be happy with all the seed Bry & I supply for them.
Now the kids and I are off to make Christmas cookies. If I ever get the kitchen clean and all the mess picked up off the floor from our jolly baking extravaganza, I'll post again soon!
