Mmmm....Yum!

Recently my MIL was kind enough to give me some very ripe, delicious peaches. I scoured the internet looking for different tactics as to how to use up all of them. I LOVE this recipe. LOVE it! I feel compelled to share it. Of course my feelings wont be hurt if you don't, but I'm just say'n...

Fresh Peach Dessert

1/4C milk
1/2lb marshmallows (roughly half a bag)
2C graham crackers
1/2C butter, melted
4-5 peaches
12 lg container Cool Whip

Melt the milk and the marshmallows together and set to cool. Mix together the graham crackers, crushed, and the butter. Press into a 9" round pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool.
Dice the peaches and add to Cool Whip. Mix the Cool Whip & peaches with the marshmallow mixture. Pour into crust and refrigerate. This may also be frozen, if you are so inclined.
Enjoy!
